Randall Duncan
Randall Duncan, LEED® AP, is vice president and head of STV Incorporated’s National Program Management organization in the U.S. and Canada. STV Incorporated is an architect/engineering/construction management firm in business since 1912. Mr. Duncan has been a leader in the construction industry since he served as program director for California State University Northridge’s $408 million earthquake recovery program. Mr. Duncan has worked overseas in Saudi Arabia on a $40 billion pre-planned city (Yanbu Al-Sinaiyah) on the Red Sea; he also has to his resume the $350 million expansion of the John Wayne Airport. Most recently, he served as corporate director of program management for a western U.S. based program, project, construction management and engineering firm, and led the company’s efforts on San Diego Unified School District’s $2.1 billion bond program; Sweetwater Union High School District’s $339 million bond program; Los Angeles City College’s $600 million bond program; City of Los Angeles Recreation and Cultural Facilities $1.5 billion bond program, and Grossmont Union High School District’s $458 million bond program. Mr. Duncan is a Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited professional (AP) and committed to sustainable program management practices. With 28 years of professional experience in program management, including project and construction management services, design management, contract administration, program controls, construction management, and inspection, Mr. Duncan is noted for his ability to lead, manage, motivate, and inspire project teams to produce at exemplary performance levels.
Over the course of his career, Mr. Duncan has combined his program management, construction management, cost and financial management skills while becoming a respected leader in the field of education construction.
In addition to his membership on the LACC Foundation Board, Mr. Duncan has devoted time to his community by serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Pasadena Historical Museum, including a term as Chair of the Grounds Committee. He stays connected to his alma mater, the University of Southern California (B.S., Business Administration), as a member of the Board of Directors for the Trojan Club of Beach Cities where he serves as President. |
