| Applicants please note: |
| All applications for FOUNDATION scholarships require: |
| 1) An unofficial transcript |
|
a. This can be accessed from the LACC website homepage from the tab “Grades and Transcripts” |
| 2) A passport-size color photo of the applicant |
|
a. A photo is required for each application submitted
b. i.e., if candidates submit applications for three different scholarships, a photo must be attached to each application |
| 3) A 500-word essay |
|
a. Refer to specific application for essay requirements |
Most applications require two (2) letters of recommendation from faculty members. Read each application carefully to determine the specific requirements and criteria for that particular scholarship.
Important
Please do not apply for any scholarship or award if you do not meet the criteria. Those applications are set aside upon receipt and are NOT considered during the selection process.
