LACC Foundation and Theatre Academy’s Kinky Boots Fundraiser event reunites community

For the final two weekends in May, the Los Angeles City College (LACC) Theatre Academy presented the vibrant and inspiring production of Kinky Boots the Musical featuring talented students, live musicians, superb set and costume designs, with choreography and direction by Roger Castellano. On May 25, 2023, the LACC Foundation collaborated with the LACC Theatre Academy to host a VIP Special Event Fundraiser prior to the Kinky Boots performance. The evening reception kicked off the evening’s festivities at the Visual and Media Arts Gallery, welcoming donors, supporters, alumni, and friends in a celebration of the arts and the LACC community.
