Congratulations to the Next Generation of Nurses

June 2014 marked the ten-year anniversary of the Los Angeles City College Registered Nursing Program. In all, 16 cohorts of students have graduated — adding 423 registered nurses to the health care community! LACC Mathematics Club Wins National Championship

Los Angeles City College’s Mathematics Club has won this year’s National Championship in the annual American Mathematical Association of Two Year Colleges’ (AMATYC) mathematics competition. About 200 colleges across the country participated, including the majority here in Southern California. Los Angeles City College Opens STEM Academy
